Our Story: The Birth of EFCC
Founded in 1975, the East Falls Community Council emerged from a collective desire to empower residents and address local issues. A group of dedicated volunteers recognized the need for a unified voice to represent the community's interests and foster a sense of belonging among neighbors.
Since its inception, EFCC has been committed to enhancing the quality of life in East Falls. The council was established to bridge the gap between residents and local government, ensuring that community concerns are heard and addressed effectively.
